Introduction
At Goonj Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, made-to-order, or personalized jewelry items.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
3. Return Process
- Email us at support@goonjjewels.in with your order ID, pictures of the product, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or guide you to send it back.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval/rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for the same item or similar-priced items (subject to availability).
